I am a mother of two, deeply proud of their academic achievements and growing success in business. Watching them flourish has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Alongside supporting their endeavors, I have always found solace and inspiration in nature. Gardening allows me to nurture life and creativity, while hiking and cycling keep me active and connected to the outdoors. These hobbies not only refresh me but also remind me of the beauty in slowing down and appreciating the world around us.
Living on the North Shore has only deepened my love for the outdoors. The proximity to stunning hiking trails, peaceful lakes, and the vast ocean is something I truly cherish. Whether I’m embarking on a new trail or simply enjoying a quiet moment by the water, being surrounded by nature energizes and grounds me. The balance between family, personal growth, and the tranquility of nature is something I hold dear, and it shapes the way I live and engage with the world.
I began my professional journey as a Junior Conveyancer/Administrator at MacDonald Realty. In this role, I developed my skills in residential and commercial conveyancing, managing the entire process from contract initiation to completion. From there, I advanced to Senior Conveyancer and Operations Head positions at TAC Real Estate Corp. and eCo Realty Inc., where I oversaw intricate transactions and enhanced operational workflows. During this time, I gained a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, which proved essential in the real estate landscape.
My expertise expanded into finance when I joined MAC Marketing Solutions Inc. as an Administrator/Finance professional. This role allowed me to master comprehensive accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting as well as leading compliance training to agents. This multifaceted role allowed me to consult on personnel policies and audit performance across diverse teams.
Since 2019, I have served as the Customer Success Operations Manager at Loft47 Technologies Inc., where I focused on improving client experiences and operational efficiency. My role involved leading strategic initiatives, applying data-driven problem-solving, and fostering cross-team collaboration to drive customer retention and deliver impactful solutions across the company.
From playing a pivotal role in the joint development of an online Realtor portal to leading and supporting a Customer Success Team, throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong aptitude for technology and innovation.
