Led by experienced property manager and sales expert Rebecca Punch, the company is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. 

Branding Story 

The aesthetic of Punch Properties focuses on a professional, polished, and approachable design, aimed at real estate clients both for residential and rentals. The website had to be  clean and with a minimalist layout, using neutral colours like white, greyscale, and light blue, giving it a modern and inviting appearance. 

The Typography is simple and easy to read, supporting the site’s emphasis on user-friendliness and functionality. The overall design conveys trust and professionalism, inviting visitors to explore property listings and real estate services with ease.
